During the week of November 8-14, 2026 we will be uniting as the Church in the Grand Rapids Area in unbroken prayer for our city. Please help us to fill each hour as we seek the Lord together!

WHAT: We’re coming together as the church across the 616 to seek God for the place we call home. We’re praying for the word of the Lord to go out—for the good news of Jesus to be shared and received, drawing people to himself. As we seek his kingdom and surrender every part of our lives to his lordship, we long to see our communities and city transformed by his love. From our homes and neighborhoods to the places we work, play, and gather, we’re praying into what it means for individuals and communities to thrive and prosper—with restored relationships, meaningful work, and opportunities for all to flourish. This week of united prayer is an invitation to listen to the Holy Spirit together and join in God’s work for the flourishing of the 616. We’re also crying out together for God to move in our midst and do what only God can do!

WHY: A week of united 24-7 prayer is a way for churches and individuals in the church of the city to come together in a unique way to seek God’s heart together, intercede for our city, and grow in unity in the process! There is something powerful about committing to unbroken prayer and showing up in place to pray.

This week of prayer is a partnership of many different churches and believers in Grand Rapids and is hosted collaboratively by PRAY 616.
